Radio Cb President Harry 3

NORWAY - JULY 1982 - TEN DAYS IN NORWAY

few scares on the train between Paris and Le Havre with the French authorities that prevent us from leaving the territory together with our 2 year old daughter. In 1982, children enrolled in the passport of their parents without camera until a certain age (7 years I think) It is not the first time that we realize all three abroad and are perfectly legal, but today it requires us to produce our family book, because in the absence of photo, there is no evidence that this is our daughter! An absurdity, since the family book contains no picture ...
Thanks to the intervention of the coach of our group as we embark in the evening for our first cruise.

BOAT

This cruise is offered by our CE on a Russian ship chartered by Tourism and Labor, the Taras Shevchenko.

We're fortunate to be upgraded in view of the presence of Virginia who will soon become the mascot of the boat. We assigned a suite of office on the promenade deck.

Nothing to do with the current cruise ships. Luxury is not a bet but do not forget that we are "territory" in Russia and that the Berlin Wall did not fall.
There are still two pools ...

playroom ... ...

... and slot machines (coin operated from 0.20 cts Franc) where our daughter was immediately shown a keen interest and some provisions ... which are in fact remained, luck was still with her often.

The buffet is always stocked.

Crew (servers, maids) give us a folkloric quality in the evening after the service.

The other evenings are led by Tourism and Labour.

As it has inspired a future Germain stay in Dubai ... 30 years later!

THE CALLS

Stavanger

Although asks me to translate comments into English, the microphone on the bus for my countrymen, I keep nothing in this city that is not the Norway I expect.

But I am rewarded for my help ... a bottle of vodka!

Songefjord

That is more consistent with my expectations.

the aid of one while we step in Gudvangen. By bus, we had lunch in a restaurant in Voss.

Church Voss
and another cascade between Flam and Myrdall.

Bergen

Discovery free. We take the cable car to admire the panorama.

A walk on the harbor ...

... and in the city, boutiques and souvenir postcards.

Virginia seems delighted to be enthroned among the trolls.

Oslo

Our tour of Norway concludes with a visit to the capital.

Kon Tiki Museum on the peninsula Bygdoy to remember that Norway is a country of great navigators and explorers including Thor Heyerdahl's famous for his expeditions.

The springboard, a remnant of the Winter Olympics 1952.

Vigeland Park ...

... and its 200 sculptures of granite, bronze or iron Representative for the most naked people in many art forms emphasizing freedom, joy and life.

... A little erotic nonetheless.

RETURN BY DENMARK

Copenhagen

We welcome the Little Mermaid in passing.

A bus takes us to the Castle of Hamlet.

And that of Frederiksborg.

North Sea

is through big time as we return to France by the North Sea.

Maritime traffic is very intense, and many oil platforms.

Our neighboring tables were deserted dining room tonight and it's between us that Germain blowing out birthday candles!
